+A textural tour de force from Corridor which isn't lacking in tactile or visual stimulus.
The unique construction sees strips of fabric sewn together into a larger patchwork cloth which is then cut and sewn into this shirt. The edges on each stripe are left with a frayed finish which gives an incredible texture across the entire shirt. It also makes it hard to catch but there's a chest pocket tucked in there amongst it all.
These shirts are made by Corridor's manufacturer in Madras, India. This supplier has been producing high-quality fabrics for over 30 years, specialising in unique finishes which use modern machinery and traditional techniques. The workshop partners with a women's rehabilitation centre which provides workers with an open air workshop, on-site day care, garden and living wages.
